When you're struggling...

1. Keep going.
Remind yourself of your “why,” the reason you are trying to achieve this goal. Focus on the impact it will have, on how it may help you move toward a bigger purpose, or on the people who are supporting you right now in your effort.
See it as a challenge.
Try to make a very, very small step forward each day, and on the days you don’t manage to do that, treat yourself with kindness.
2. Take a break.
Give yourself some space or time away from what is troubling you.
Very often, solutions come when we are not actively focused on the problem. This happens because the subconscious continues to work on it even when the conscious mind is distracted.
Have you noticed that some of your best ideas come while you’re showering, driving on the highway, or right before you fall asleep?
Rest and recharge.
Even if the solution doesn’t come to you, things are always a little easier when you have taken care of yourself, eaten properly, and slept enough.
3. Try a new path.
Sometimes, trying the same thing over and over keeps us stuck.
If what you usually do doesn’t seem to be working, how would it feel to try something different?
Can you approach the problem from another angle or look at it from a new perspective?
You may already know the “right” way, you just haven’t yet found the approach that works best for you.
4. Ask for help.
We are not built to handle every problem on our own.
Often, we need one another to find the solution, to see a different perspective, to understand the next step, or simply to receive support.
Each time you refuse to accept the belief that we must do everything alone, you become more open to helping others as well.
Ask for help, and offer help when you can.
